Kampfner Co-wrote Slaughterhouse Thirty Thousand a BBC Friday play with Mike Walker.

She has produced plays for radio with scripts by performance artists, comedians and short story writers as well as adaptations from the stage and many specially written for radio.

Kampfner was Executive Producer of Radio Drama at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

She was a judge on a BBC World Service playwrighting competition.

She was a tutor and researcher in the Theatre Studies Department at the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Kampfner was a tutor at The Young Vic and the Australian Young People’s Theatres.

She taught drama and directed plays at Haberdashers Aske’s School.
